Anyone interested in DAHA membership, including bringing a horse, can start an application here: Interested in membership? Membership comes first; for a horse, the horse transfer follows once you're a member. Questions about stalls go to the Stable Manager at dahastablemanager@gmail.com.
How the process works
- Sign in: go to https://dahahobbyfarm.com/apply, enter your email address, and click the sign-in link we email you. You sign in this way every time; each link works once, for 30 minutes.
- Fill in the DAHA 2026 Membership Application and upload proof of your ID and your dependents: Aramco employees, a photo of your digital ID card from the MySecurity app (easiest taken with another phone, straight from the form; and those of dependents aged 12 or older), or, from the Aramco MyHome portal, your Employment Certificate (the "Employment Certificates" tile, version "Service Date, Job Title and Address") plus a screenshot of the "My Family" tile. Please read the DAHA Constitution and the DAHA Rules & Regulations first: the form asks you to agree to them.
- The Business Manager checks your application. The annual membership fee (SAR 500 for Regular/Associate Members; half for members joining between 1 July and 31 December) is payable.
- Once your membership is approved, the Business Manager adds you to DAHA's accounts (QuickBooks) for billing.
- Then you get your welcome email and your DAHA member account: we email you a link to set your password, and you can log in to book lessons and more.
- You'll get an email whenever something is needed from you, and your application page always shows where you are.
